Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
    •    Product is unused and in original condition
    •    Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are intact
    •    Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

    •    Missing parts or accessories

Items Not Eligible for Return
    •    Used or installed products
    •    Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
    •    Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective)
    •    Returns requested after the 7-day return period

Return Process
    1.    Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item
    2.    Provide order details and photos/videos of the issue
    3.    Once approved, return the item according to the instructions provided
    4.    Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection

Refunds & Exchanges
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    •    Exchanges are subject to stock availability
    •    Processing time may vary depending on inspection and payment provider

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    •    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy requirements
    •    Manufacturer warranty applies after the return period
